Member of Union

Legally qualified, Mongolian citizen, or legal body can be be enrolled.

Members’ right:

To participate in all member meeting with one quota;
To elect, or to be elected as the Leading and Control board member, credit committee member;
To receive all types of services provided by the union regardless of already being a member;
To invest not exceeding the indicated amount and to receive return from union’s annual income.
To be paid, legally transfer, inherit an adequate amount of money to which member has invested to the union in case of disembodiment.

Members’ Liability:

To participate in activities held by the union, gather information about its operations, financial and economical statement along with assets statement, annual and quarter fiscal account, news, administrative and control board’s decision and its report, meeting protocol, members’ information;
To participate in activities held by the union in person, if not available, member has to carefully go through all necessary documents and vote;
To receive and fulfill legal orders made by all member meeting, administrative and control board, credit committee and deputy director;
To fulfill his/her obligations made final by an agreement
To acknowledge the union about changes that were made to member’s information, in due
