  • Residential address inquiry of the applicant from XYP system
  • Photo /1 copy/ - In case of absence of photo, loan officer shall take a photo by the PC web or cell phone camera.
  • Loan Application form,
  • Evidence showing poof of income
  • If additional collateral required, Evidence of collateral, verification, letter of attorney
  • Evidence of collateral, verification, letter of attorney
  • Invoice of the purchasing goods
  • Customs verification letter for Motorcycle
  • If any overdue loan debt to other Banks and NBFIs, copy of the loan agreement, collateral and credit guarantee agreement, and account statement.
