Requirement for the borrower:

  • Must have resided in the local area for at least six months,
  • Experience of planting wheat and vegetables in the last years,
  • History of annual turnover for over MNT 1 million from agricultural products,
  • Operates in the local area of SCC branch unit,
  • Have no overdue loan debt to other Banks and NBFIs and have no history of NPLs

  • Identification inquiry of the applicant and the joint applicant from the XYP system /If the system does not work original ID document of the applicant/,
  • Application form /annex 1.1/,
  • Loan application form
  • Evidence showing poof of income
  • Social security payment inquiry from XYP system,
  • Immovable property inquiry from XYP system,
  • Automobile inquiry from XYP system,
  • Other inquiries from XYP system, if required
  • Evidence of collateral, verification, letter of attorney
  • Land certificate, contract, cadastral map
