LOAN GUARANTEE FUND
The cooperation agreement was concluded with the Loan Guarantee Fund on March 17, 2017. Law on Loan Guarantee Fund was adopted by the Parliament on February 10, 2012 to regulate relations associated with provision of loan guarantee service to small and medium enterprises as well as to establish legal frameworks for the loan guarantee fund, which is designed to increase the financial opportunities for small and medium enterprises with insufficient collateral, support employment and ensure stable income source. The Loan Guarantee Fund collaborates with commercial banks to issue guarantees on behalf of the borrowers. The cooperation agreement will enable our borrowers to have access to the guarantee offered by this fund
